Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 16:30, and we are closed on Sundays. Outside office hours we can help by appointment, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; a higher rate may apply then.

We do not have a desk in Enschede itself. You come to Slachthuisweg 135, 7556 AZ Hengelo (Overijssel). From the Oude Markt that is about 12 km, roughly 20 minutes via the Hengelosestraat or the A35.

Prices and good to know
The export document starts from €50, export insurance with white plates from €100 and the complete export package from €150. After deregistration for export you may drive on Dutch public roads for 14 more days, but not without a valid APK. Please do not forget the yellow plates: we cannot start without them.

Privacy for this form
We only use your details to answer and handle your request. The form sends your details by email to our team. A backup copy is kept for up to 90 days by our hosting provider Cloudflare and is then deleted automatically.
We do not share your details with others unless your request requires it, for example the deregistration with the RDW or arranging the export insurance. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Can't come to Hengelo?
Already living abroad, or unable to visit? The preparation can be done online. Send the yellow plates by post or courier; we start once they arrive. We send documents and plates insured and with tracking, also internationally. Shipping costs extra, and you will know the price in advance.

Do I need an appointment?
Not during office hours. Please let us know about 20 minutes before you arrive. Outside office hours we work by appointment only, and a higher rate may apply.
How can I pay at the desk?
In cash or by bank transfer.
How do I get to the desk from the A1?
The desk is about 1 km from the A1 motorway. Take the exit via the Bornsestraat.
What should I bring?
A valid ID of the person in whose name the export is arranged, the registration card with its registration code, the yellow Dutch plates, the current mileage and the buyer's full address abroad. The full list is on our export documents page.
